Vegan Toffee Sauce
Here’s our recipe for a simple yet satisfying toffee sauce with Almitas™ yacon syrup. Great for drizzling on pancakes, oatmeal, yogurt, desserts and fruit!
Ingredients
- 150 g soft dates (Sukkari dates are the best but any other soft dates will be good)
- 90 g Almitas™ yacon syrup
- 70 g oat cream (can be replaced with coconut cream but it will affect the flavour)
- 30 g odourless coconut oil
- 1/2 tsp maca powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
Instructions
- Blend all the ingredients in a high-speed blender or food processor until perfectly smooth.
- Store in the fridge for up to 1 week.
