Vegan Toffee Sauce

Here’s our recipe for a simple yet satisfying toffee sauce with Almitas™ yacon syrup. Great for drizzling on pancakes, oatmeal, yogurt, desserts and fruit!

Ingredients
  

  • 150 g soft dates (Sukkari dates are the best but any other soft dates will be good)
  • 90 g Almitas™ yacon syrup
  • 70 g oat cream (can be replaced with coconut cream but it will affect the flavour)
  • 30 g odourless coconut oil
  • 1/2 tsp maca powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt

Instructions
 

  • Blend all the ingredients in a high-speed blender or food processor until perfectly smooth.
  • Store in the fridge for up to 1 week.
