Ingredients (for 2 portions):
For the pudding:
- 230 g ripe bananas
- 180 g blueberries or mixed blueberries and blackberries
- 1 tsp cacao powder
- 1 tsp cacao nibs
- 160 g almond or soya milk or other plant milk
- 15 g tahini
- 15 g yacon syrup
You can also use frozen bananas for thicker and creamier texture.
