For the pudding:
- 45 g cashew nuts
- 20 g water
- 5 g lemon juice
- 5 g apple cider vinegar
- 8 g olive oil
- 45 g fresh tomatoeas without skin
- 10 g chilli sauce or 1/4 tsp chilli powder
- 1/2 garlic clove
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 5 g yacon syrup
- 1 tsp finely chopped red onion
- 2 tsp finely chopped cucumber pickes gherkins
