Easy Vegan Overnight Oats with Yacon Syrup

This recipe is for all you breakfast lovers. Save yourself some time in the morning and make this healthy meal the night before! Sweetened with Almitas™ Yacon Syrup.

  • Mason Jar (recommended)

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup old-fashioned rolled oats
  • 1 cup dairy-free milk
  • 1/4 cup fresh or frozen wild blueberries 
  • 1-2 tbsp Almitas™ Yacon Syrup
  • 1 pinch sea salt

Instructions
 

  • Place all ingredients in a mason jar.
  • Stir to combine. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
  • Remove from fridge the next morning. Stir oats, transfer to the bowl and heat in the microwave or enjoy straight from the fridge. You can add more milk, extra Yacon Syrup to taste or any toppings of your choice.
